FREE HALLOWEEN CARNIVAL IN MORGAN COUNTY
October 26 at Reese’s Ranch
MORGAN, Utah – A free Halloween carnival will be provided on October 26 from 6 p.m. till 10 p.m. at the Reese’s Ranch by members of the Morgan 10th Ward. The entire community is encouraged to come and enjoy the festivities that will be provided.
“The carnival will have something for everyone. Please bring your entire family” said Ward Activities Committee Chair Kristen Call. During the carnival humorous black and white Halloween films will be shown. A spook alley will be provided for the older, or maybe just the braver, carnival attendees. An array of traditional carnival games and activities provided.
Carnival games and activities will be set up and color coded to differentiate age appropriate games. Ages will be broken down, and marked as follows: 3 years-old and below, yellow; 4-7 years-old, purple; 8-12 years-old, orange; 12 years-old and up black. Carnival games will range from traditional to innovative depending on age group.
Community sponsors will be helping to provide complimentary refreshments at the carnival including: caramel popcorn, cookies, candy corn, apples, cup cakes, pumpkin ice cream, and warm cider.
The Reese family have graciously allowed for this community event to be held on their property. “We are excited for the carnival. We hope it becomes a Morgan tradition” said Megan Clark, a Reese family representative.
Multiple groups have already contributed several hours preparing for the carnival; including the Reese family. “We have spent the past week preparing fields to accommodate easy parking,” said Scott Reese, head of the Reese family. The 10th Ward has set a goal to have at least 100 families attend the carnival. The Rees family has reportedly prepared enough parking to accommodate at least double the 10th Ward’s goal.

Lots of information, there isnt a paragraph that doesnt include some tidbit that youd like to know about. Well done, keeping me interested.
ReplyDeleteJill - sounds like so much fun! I know it's not specifically for an organization or company (because I'm assuming it's for an LDS ward activity) but it would be cool if you could have some more information in the contact section. Besides that I loved all the information you gave! Good job.
